This apartment has only one floor above, it is not in a high rise block. It has enclosed patios to front and rear. The front patio is south facing and very large to accommodate table, chairs and loungers in the sun, but also has a wind out blind from the south facing conservatory to give some shade from the midday sun.

The patio at the rear will also give some shade during the day, but the sun peeps round in the late afternoon and it is very sheltered. The apartment is situated in a residential area between the two salt lakes behind Torrevieja and is convenient for shops and sightseeing. Benidorm is about 1.5 hours drive away.

The living area has 1 settee and 1 double sofa bed as well as a coffee table and English television, DVD player, DVDs and a radio.

The dining area has a table and chairs. There is also a floor standing fan as well as the ceiling fan and an oil filled radiator if needed.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and another floor cabinet. There is also a ceiling fan and an oil filled radiator if needed.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a built in wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have ample bed linen and towels supplied.

The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave and all necessary equipment. It is situated between the dining area and the galleria where there is a huge electric boiler supplying the kitchen and also the bathroom.

The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and is fitted with toilet, bidet and bath with shower over.

The urbanisation on which the apartment is situated has a beautiful private communal pool. There are also many blue flag beaches in the area. For golfers there are many different golf courses in the surrounding area. In Torrevieja there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars of all different nationalities at very reasonable prices. The beaches and night life abound in the town, but it can also be quiet in the residential areas. There are two marinas in the town, one of which is the International Marina and a harbour where ships come to collect the salt from the lakes.

Nearest Airport: Alicante or Murcia, 45 minutes drive. Airport transfers can be arranged from 30 Euros.

A non refundable deposit of 100 is required on booking and the balance due on arrival, payable in Euros.

A keys/breakage deposit of 75 required on arrival and refunded on satisfactory completion of your stay and return of keys (and pool passes if applicable).

Changeover cleaning cost of 50 Euros payable on arrival.

Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring own pool/beach towel
