This ground floor apartment is situated in a
residential complex and comprises lounge/dining area, double
bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Through the front door you have the
living/dining room which comprises 2 sofas, one of which is a
sofa bed, TV with approx 30 English TV channels (i.e. BBC1,
BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky
Movies, Sky News, Boomerang etc), and approx 12 radio channels.

Off of the hallway you have the tiled and
fitted kitchen with kettle, microwave, electric hob, oven,

The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a

Torrevieja is situated between 2 large salt lakes (Salinas de
Torrevieja). The combination of salt and temperature combine to
make a healthy micro-climate recommended by doctors for various
ailments. The climate in Torrevieja makes it an ideal location
for year round holidays.
The promenade provides an abundance of restaurants for all
tastes. There are also shops, a funfair and a craft market open
daily, all within walking distance of the apartment. The
promenade is a must in the evening for a leisurely stroll, a
meal and a drink (or ice-cream in one of the many ice-cream bars
which are very popular with our Spanish friends) also a bit of
Also in Torrevieja you will find the Las Habaneras shopping
centre, which opened in 2005 with H&M, C&A, Zara, shoe,
clothing, cosmetic, sports, English bookshop, DIY, fashion
jewellery shops etc. The Ozone complex, which is located next to
the Las Habaneras shopping centre, has a casino, ten pin bowling
alley, Spanish cinema, restaurants and cafes. Also next to Las
Habaneras shopping centre is a large Carrefour that sells a wide
variety of household and food goods. If you are driving there is
a large ground level free car park at Carrefour or a payable
(not expensive) underground car park at Las Habaneras.
Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of
the largest in Spain, and is in walking distance of the
apartment. It sells everything you can imagine.
