Description:
This south facing well furnished, air-conditioned 2nd floor apartment with balcony and roof solarium is situated at Residencial La Cinuelica R9, Los Altos. The property was new in November 2005 and completely furnished, to a high standard, in February 2006.

The property has a balcony with table and 6 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

Accommodation:
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a sofa and armchair, wooden coffee table, occasional table, TV unit with TV, DVD player and SKY satellite channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4&5, Sky Sports 1,2 and 3, movie channels etc), stereo unit (CD player, radio) wall unit, dining table and 4 chairs, pictures. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Through the archway from the rear of the living/dining room you have the fully fitted and tiled kitchen which has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juice maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a door leading from the kitchen to the utility area with washing machine and water heater.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom, which is to the rear of the property has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinet with drawers, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, mirror, and the window faces to the front of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror with lights.

The property also has a large rooftop solarium ideal for sunbathing. Sun loungers are provided.

The apartment has optional air conditioning throughout, heaters for the winter, 2 freestanding fans, hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a communal pool, which is located to the front of the property, the 8th photo below shows the view to the pool from the balcony.

Facilities:
Walking distance from the property you have  several supermarkets, Mercadona 5 minutes, Consum 10 minutes, Maxcoop 15 minutes. There are also other supermarkets in short walking distance; Mas y Mas, Aldi, Lidl, Champion, Quicksave, Gama (all within 15-30 minutes walk).

Bars and restaurants, on the N332 approximately 15 minutes walk you have a selection of Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, German, English, Italian restaurants and a selection of bars and cafeterias.

Punta Prima beach is approximately 25 minutes walk.

Banks and internet café can be found on the N332.

At Via Park 3 commercial centre, approximately 20 minutes walk you have English, Chinese and Indian restaurants. Bars, cafes, English tea room and internet café can also be found at this complex.

Go-karting approximately 25 minute walk.

Driving distance from the property you have 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, approx 20 minutes, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.

Torrevieja town, approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic.

A variety of blue flag beaches, many within a 10 minute drive.

Las Habaneras shopping centre, with underground parking and a large selection of shops is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

If you have children and they enjoy McDonalds or Burger king, they are a 10 minute drive.

Aquapolis water park is a 10 minute drive.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk. Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to two of the local beaches.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

A car is not be essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

La Cinuelica is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia airport.


Special Points:
No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the property (no lift).

Bed linen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel are provided per person.

Car hire or airport transfer can be organised if required.

Booking Information:
Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is available throughout the property and is an optional extra, £25 per week.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers are available any day of the week.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a good start!

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Travel cot, high chair and beach towels are available at an additional cost.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the property.

Additional Charges:
Air conditioning - £25 per 7 nights.

4 beach towels - €10 up to 14 nights.

Additional beach towels - €2 each up to 14 nights.

Travel cot (bedding not supplied) - €15 up to 7 nights €7.50 per 7 nights thereafter.

High chair - €15 up to 7 nights €7.50 per 7 nights thereafter.
