This beautiful, executive detached villa is brand new to the rental market for 2006.

Furnished and equipped to exceptionally high standards, this villa is a luxury home from home with air conditioning and central heating.

The property is home to Mediterranean gardens, tiled sun terraces, barbecue house, heated jacuzzi and private pool.

We enter the property through the rear gates into the off road parking area.

Steps lead to the rear sun terraces and sunken jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is heated, with integrated seats, massage jets and underwater lighting.

Walking around the side of the villa, there is the barbecue house. A traditional Spanish brick-built barbecue with room to prepare food and an integral sink. Ideal to use in all weathers.

To the front of the villa and you have the 9x5m pool with Roman Steps for easy access and non slip tiles on the sun terraces surrounding the pool. Six sun-loungers are provided for lazy days in the sun. Non-breakable glassware is provided and must be used around the pool area.

There is an outside shower and washroom with WC.

The Mediterranean Garden just beyond the pool benefits from a lovely seating area and unusual water feature. An array of tropical flowering plants, shrubs and palm tree complete the scene.

A couple of steps lead us to the furnished terrace at the front of the villa. Shaded by a large parasol, the comfortable chairs around the large, wooden table provides an area ideal for alfresco dining.

Through the main door or the patio doors you have the airy living and dining room.

This room is furnished immaculately with a very comfortable corner suite, coffee table, display units, dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The colour scheme is very Mediterranean with soft furnishings in blue and furniture in cane and limed oak effect. For your comfort, there are ceiling fans, air conditioning and central heating in this room.

For your entertainment, UK TV has been installed providing a wide choice of all your UK favourite channels. There is also a DVD player, so don't forget to bring along your DVDs.

The kitchen is just off to the right of the living room and has a feature breakfast bar with stools. As you would expect, the kitchen is equipped with high standard appliances - oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. All crockery and utensils are stored neatly in the ample fully fitted units and along the granite work surfaces.

Walking through to the rear of the lounge, we come to the suite of two bedrooms and first bathroom.

The first bedroom is complemented with lilac and pale green soft furnishings and comprises twin beds, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps, dual aspect windows and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom is complemented with terracotta and cream soft furnishings and comprises twin beds, fitted robes, bedside table and lamp and ceiling fan.

The ground floor bedrooms have slim line wall heaters.

The family bathroom on the ground floor is a good size, fully tiled, with marble vanity unit, bath with over the bath shower and screen, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.

The marble staircase leads to the impressive Master Suite.

The Master Bedroom is exquisitely designed with terracotta and cream soft furnishings and black wrought iron.

The room comprises comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps, decorative screen, fitted robes and ceiling fan. This room also has a slim line wall heater.

The en-suite bathroom features an executive walk in shower, marble vanity basin, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.

Walk out through the patio doors to the Master Suite's balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The balcony is furnished with luxurious woven wicker loungers and table. Lounger cushions are provided.

The property is fully alarmed for your security.

You are a 10 minute drive to the beach. There is a Mercadonna supermarket in Pilar de la Horadada. Gama and Dicost supermarkets in Campoverde (old part). Restaurants and bars are accessible in Campoverde (old part) and Pilar de la Horadada.

Golf courses are approximately 20 minutes drive.

The town of Torrevieja is a 40 minute drive. Pilar de la Horadada 5 minute drive, San Pedro 10 minute drive.

Markets nearby; San Pedro on a Monday. Campoverde on a Sunday morning. Pilar de la Horadada on a Friday afternoon.

Horse-riding and Jet-skiing (summer only) is at Campoamor, 30 minutes drive.

Alicante airport is about 60 minutes drive, Murcia airport about 20 minutes drive.

Booking Information:
A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance paid 6 weeks before arrival.

A damage and security deposit of 100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the villa.

Please add a preparation/cleaning/meet and greet charge of 80 euros per booking - to be paid on arrival to housekeepers.
